Shipping policy
We ship from Bali, Indonesia via EMS International.

International shipping generally takes between 4–7 business days to most destinations worldwide. Delivery time may vary depending on your local postal service. We are not responsible for local government charges, customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance or internal bureaucracy. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

Remote Area Delivery: After you enter your full shipping address and before completing payment, the system will identify whether your location is classified as a remote area by the courier. If applicable, you must select the Remote Area Shipping option, and an additional Remote Area Delivery Charge will be applied to your order. Orders to remote areas cannot be shipped without selecting this option.

Losses and extreme delays are rare but may occur, especially during peak seasons. Once the package has left Indonesia and arrived in your country, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local postal service for further tracking or delivery inquiries. Each country has different customs regulations, import taxes, and local delivery procedures. If a package is confirmed lost or damaged, we will review the case and provide a refund or replacement only if the issue was caused by our error (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address provided by us).
